* Mosquito treatment is a short-duration service applied the day before an event to provide 24–48 hours of comfort for parties and gatherings. A mosquito system is needed for an effective year-round mosquito-free yard.
Pricing Questions
Everything on the sheet above: a full inspection inside and out, targeted interior treatment, an exterior perimeter barrier, removal of visible webs and wasp nests around entry points, and a walkthrough so you know what was done and what comes next. There is no separate "initial fee" on top.
Each scheduled visit after the first is $89.99, and the price is on the sheet before it's ever on your bill. Ask about the discounted quarterly plan — $149.99 for the initial visit and $40 a month, with a service agreement.
Each add-on has its own price — mosquito, flea, and the two rodent options are all listed above — and it only appears on a bill after you've asked for it. We explain what each one covers before anything is booked, so you can choose what fits.
